Our standard time blocks are 30 minutes for Studio Time and Private Classes, and 20 minutes for Helpline Calls. You can use blocks whether you’re a Subscription Member (with included and discounted blocks) or a non-subscription member who purchases them as needed.

Your membership and your booking account are separate, which means having a membership does not automatically create a booking login. If you’ve never signed into the portal before, you don’t have an account yet, so you’ll want to take a moment to create one.
