Planning a private sewing event at That’s Sew Austin? We’re sew excited to host you! Here’s everything you need to know before booking:
Booking Timeline: Group events must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
Secure Your Date: The cost of one participant serves as your non-refundable deposit and confirms your event on our calendar.
Payment Options:
Option 1: Pay by individual ticket — each participant purchases their own.
Option 2: Request a group invoice — perfect if one person is covering the full cost.
Calendar Hold: Once the deposit is paid (via ticket or invoice), we’ll block off your time to prevent double-booking.
Final Headcount Deadline: You have until 5 days before your event to complete all participant bookings.
Cancellation Policy: After that 5-day mark, all tickets and payments become non-refundable and non-transferable. We can reschedule if timing permits.
